Vendors & Sutlers

Those who are interested in participating in the next Historic Soldiers Weekend should contact us by using the form below.

Basic Guidelines:

Military Vendor / Sutler space locations are "first come, first serve" inside the encampment.
Each Sutler or Vendor space size is approx. 20 x 20 ft.
NO food vendors will be allowed inside the historic military encampment.
Vendors will be set up in a Vendor area or row.
Vendors / Sutlers must be set up by 8:00am inside the encampment. All non-military vehicles must be off the promenade by 8:30am.
NOTE: Trailers or storage containers with vendor products may be allowed to be parked behind your vendor area if we encounter inclement weather. Under no circumstances will vendors be allowed to drive across the re-enactment area during public hours.
ALL vendors must not breakdown prior to the designated time.
