Those who are interested in participating in the next Historic Soldiers Weekend should contact us by using the form below.

Basic Guidelines:

Military Vendor / Sutler space locations are available at Fort Mott via the "first come, first serve" rule will be used to designate your location inside the encampment.
Each Vendor or Sutler will be required to carry their items into the fort site and park their POV where directed. Vehicles cannot parked near the fort / display areas.
Food vendors will be allowed, and must sign a vendor contract.
Vendors will be told prior to their event where they will be placed, and given additional instructions.
Vendors / Sutlers must be set up by 8:00am inside the encampment. All non-military vehicles must be parked in the proper location by 8:30am.
ALL vendors must not breakdown their vending areas prior to the designated time each day.
Vendors are responsible for watching their own materials and items.
